Problem: Project designed with one, two and three bedroom units. Comparable projects had one bedroom with den options.
Solution: Construction was underway so it was too late to redesign. Converted the attic space above one of the one-bedroom floor plans to create a one bedroom with loft unit with minimal increase in construction costs. Only one other loft plan existed in comparable market and the reconfigured units were among the most popular in the project.
