Tracie P. Leonard founded Focus Realty Advisors, LLC in 2000. During this
time she has applied her 22 years experience in the real estate industry
to assist clients in the areas of management, marketing, lease-up, budget
planning, floor plan and amenity reviews, pricing recommendations and more.
Her clients include: Archstone-Smith, The Bozzuto Group, Struever Bros Eccles & Rouse,
Greenland Corporation, Mid-City Financial and others.
Tracie began her real estate career managing dormitories while in college. As
a graduate student, Tracie was responsible for half of the campus housing at
the University of West Florida.
After working for a small apartment developer in Atlanta, Tracie began working
as an on-site manager for Lincoln Property Company. By age 24, Tracie was one
of Lincoln's youngest Regional Property Managers.
Lincoln moved Tracie to the Mid-Atlantic Division in Tyson's Corner where she
managed communities throughout Virginia, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania
and Washington, D.C. In addition to her property management responsibilities,
Tracie prepared and presented fee management proposals for institutional clients
with most resulting in new management contracts.
Tracie joined Bozzuto Management Company in 1995, in a dual role as Trainer and
Regional Property Manager; she was quickly promoted to Vice President of the
Management Company. Bozzuto wanted Tracie to apply her years of marketing and
management experience to the Development Company. After successfully handling
7 projects as a developer, Tracie opened, staffed and managed the New Home Sales
Division for Bozzuto Homes.
In March 2000, Tracie began working as a consultant to the Bozzuto Group. Tracie
recognized the need in the real estate industry for objective project analysis
which was not conditional upon a management contract and decided to put her energy
into her company, Focus Realty Advisors.
With hands-on experience, hard work and determination Tracie has repeatedly demonstrated
her talent to add value to income-producing projects. In addition, Tracie has
developed many business relationships that supplement her real estate knowledge.
Tracie enjoys contributing to the successes of others and helping bring focus
to her clients' real estate investments.
Tracie is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate
Management (IREM) and a Maryland Licensed Real Estate Broker.
